Program: XMEN- For 6th Grade Boys
Description: Provides monthly field trips and program materials for at-risk sixth grade boys who are working to better themselves through the X-Men program.

Building Skills to Prevent Recidivism (CJTS)
Description: To reduce the high recidivism rate among boys at the Connecticut Juvenile Training School (CJTS) through a training program emphasizing positive interaction skills with law enforcement personnel. The program will also offer legal consultation and representation regarding alternative school rights.
Organization: Academy at Mount Saint John Program:
Indoor/ Outdoor Theatre System
Description: To implement a theater system for use at workshops and events in the gymnasium and at outdoor events during the summer camp programs. This system will support Mount Saint John’s efforts to diversify and expand its offerings.
Organization: Middletown Public Schools (Bielefield, Spencer and Farm Hill Elementary Schools) Program:
All Pro Dads
Description: Research shows that boys with highly engaged fathers – those who eat meals together, spend time together, read together – are better off in life. The grant supports the All Pro Dads breakfast curriculum at three elementary school sites in Middletown.

Rosenbaum Fund for Women & Girls Fund and the Let’s Hear it for the Boys Fund grants committees work to support nonprofit organizations serving populations important to both Funds’ missions.

Program: Middlesex Family Shelter
General operating support for the Middlesex Family Shelter Program which provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, case management and tenant-based renal assistance for families with children in Middletown and throughout Middlesex County.
